I presented missions in the La Crete Christian Fellowship church on June 10th, 2007 and here, 12 days later the video finally makes it up to my website, so before you get to the video I would first like to thank my friend James Neufeld for his help on this project. He helped set up the set and did all the recording that you’ll see.
The premise I was trying to present on during this presentation was the merit of missionary work as opposed to the lure of more exciting lines of work such as espionage, and just to be different I decided that I wanted to do this through an argument with myself and play on the fact that the last time that I spoke in that church it was through avery one dimensional Skype™ webchat.
The timing didn’t work out as well as it could have, nor did the following PowerPoint™ bit, but it all worked out as good as I had hoped that it would and I was as prepared for everything as I could possibly be.
