I took a three fold brochure that I’ve been working on to the printers, we should be seeing delivery on it anytime now. In the meantime I have been keeping myself busy with translating the brochure into a website which you should be seeing online before I take off for Mexico with my grandma.

On Friday night I went to Twin Lakes with some friends for our traditional long weekend camp out. We skipped out on the trip for the last two years in leu of crappy weather and this year we switched it from Pinkston (a holiday marked mostly on just mennonite calendars) to later in the year hoping to avoid the usual rain and cold.
It didn’t work, the rain was kept at bay just long enough for us to prepare for it and then poured for 30 straight hours until we packed up and left.

As Canada Day camping didn’t work out I brought out a cheap fireworks kit that I bought at the local hardware store and put on what turned out to be a rather pitiful display down by the lake.
